You should have heard back by now. Did you send it to the support address?

Try: activate @ norbsoftware dot com

The last time for me was close to 3 days until Born2See noticed that it was me sending my activation support email...THANKS B!

It was my fault actually that it took so long because My emails didn't match...

So did you send in the correct email (email that the game was purchased under)?

I still think that support ticket software should be used to do this. I am very willing to set it up for you NSD fellas to use... This is the only way that I can think of that would cure this small inconvenient delay...but then again I have been wrong before (more than once, and less than 3 Million). :silly:

:)

There are no outstanding requests that I know of, so I would resend. I apologize it's taken so long as it's usually less than 24 hours.

Not sure where you sent it, but please verify the address. Usually they are answered right away.

Help please! I downloaded and installed the demo on 2 different laptops, an old XP professional and a little Asus Eee running Windows 7 with Invidia Ion discrete graphics. Ran better with the Invidia Ion so I bought the activation and tried to run it. It says I already have an activation that I have to shut off first. I uninstalled SOW from both machines. I turned off the windows firewall and the AVG then reinstalled it on the Asus.

Same message. I have searched the harddrive and there is no other install of SOW.

I wrote an email and was answered promptly by Dave who noted that the activation log shows one activation which I understand is what he sees from his end.

I don't know how to find this so-called activation to deactivate it so I can run the game.

Here's what the activation log says:

05/20/12 17:22:13 VERPROT:19
05/20/12 17:22:25 CHECKCODE ACTIVATIONS:0
05/20/12 17:22:25 This code is currently active.
You need to deactivate the game that is using it before it can be used again.
05/20/12 17:28:03 ASCPBATWDO ERROR:50
05/20/12 17:28:31 VERPROT:19

Does anyone have any ideas?

You have already made the right move contacting the activation email. They should be able to get you going again by resetting your code, etc.

Thank you for your help in re-activating Scourge of War - Gettysburg.

Sadly (pathectically) I can't find my activation code for the Antietam
Pack. I assume I have to contact Digital River to get the code?
