Activation Errors

Thank you for your help in re-activating Scourge of War - Gettysburg.

Sadly (pathectically) I can't find my activation code for the Antietam
Pack. I assume I have to contact Digital River to get the code?

We keep a record of those codes as well. You can contact the support address for that.

Hey I was wondering if you guys could help me out. My old computer with Scource activated on it died, and I can't get it to boot. Therfore I can't deactivate my code and get it on a new computer. Is there any way you guys can de activate it?

I've tried installing on a new PC, but I can't De-activate in order to Re- activate. There is no de-activate bottom right corner. Forced to kick off using the demo version and it's not there. It won't let me activate until the old one is done away with.

As I have see now there are two expansions for Scourge of War: Gettysburg so I re-installed the game on my PC.

But when I enter my activation code I get the following error message:

You need to deactivate the game that is using it before it can be used again.

Maybe I have forgotten to deactivate Scourge of War before I deinstalled it the last time.

1. Go to scourgeofwar.com and verify that your code is valid on the verify code page. Checked
2. Disable your firewall Checked
3. Disable your virus protection (AVG causes big issues with this stuff) Checked
4. Make sure you have admin privileges. Checked

If you receive activation errors, first I apologize. This is not new technology that we are using, but with any software there can be issues.

Send your Work/activate.log to activate at scourgeofwar dot com, we must have this file in order to check your activation error on the server.

EDIT: It is important to email us from the email that you ordered the code from and to send us your code.
