I like JMM as well. He is most definitely passionate about his game, just like Norb and the gang. I have no doubt he will continue to improve the game with patches. Guess I know where some of my tax return money is going to be spent now. :laugh:

PS: I still don't know if this is the right topic for it, where we are dicussing another game...I don't wish to offend anyone...so feel free to move my posts...maybe I'll open a topic on it somewhere else...where it is not directly connected with the new upcoming great game on Gettysburg!

Norb knows we are all buying his game. He also knows we are all dedicated "gamers" who play many games, so there isn't any problem discussing such stuff quickly in a thread (I've been guilty of it). Plus, even though HistWar and SOW might, at first, appear similar, the games are completely different playwise, so there really isn't a competition between the two. I also think I remember Norb mentioning he knows JMM, or they are friends or some such.

With regards to those in the same demo boat I was in as to HWLG, JMM has informed me that he took down the old demo and will be posting a new and improved demo sometime on Sunday.

what browser are you using? I had troubles DL it with Chrome, IE did it just fine.

If you have any questions on the new demo or the full game, feel free to ask them - I'll do the same with my questions on SOW :woohoo: ...I'll check in regularly anyway...

what I really like about both fora is that people are very friendly and always ready to help you...congrats to this great community here :laugh:

Norb has always been good about letting people talk about other games, even posting direct liks to their site.

But I can conferm that JMM let us post link to this game on his forum to, so it goes both ways.

JMM reconices that SoW is an indie game just like histwar, and they need to stick togeather.
For me and I assume most poeple it was never Histwar OR Sow, but Both, those that won't buy both probebly does it because the period in one of the games don't intrest them.
