I agree. How hard would it be for them to present a dialog with the full path of the file and ask you if you know the file and it's ok to block it? That is the min! Just ask the user to confirm. If you don't know what it is you block it, if you do it's automatically added to an exception list. Simple.

I am getting a big runtime error problem. I can't even get into the game. I believe someone tried to answer this question up and the top, but can I get a recap. I suck with tech.

Anyway, without my daily dose of SOWG i might just go mad... ;)

Have you tried a complete re-install? Do you have antivirus running?

I could use some help with this issue too. I can't even get into the game. I suck with tech, so can I have some help. Plus I need my daily dose of SOWG or I might just go insane,

But seriously, I payed a lot for this. I kinda want to play it.

I agree, you need to be able to run!

Please launch the game and try to play until your problems occur, then you need to send us some log files.

If you installed in the default path, go to the folder:
c:\norbsoftdev\scourge of war - gettysburg\work
In there you will find:
sowgb.log
activate.log

Send both of these files to:
sowsupport at scourgeofwar dot com

I hope that you can understand that email address because it's bad to write one in a forum if you want to avoid spam.

Please do this for us and maybe we can figure out what is going wrong.

I'll send you them too.
