Hopefully it will run on almost any semi recent machine, but it's so worth it to get some good parts and give it a shot. There is a HUGE difference in visuals and realism on high settings.

From another thread, Norb wrote:
Hopefully situations like these will come out in testing.
The 'once considered random bug' of some arty stubborness to resupply has shown up numerous times in TC2M forum threads. Some experienced it while others didn't.
I've just about convinced myself now its most likely related (as the program is presently written) to the specific Horse Power of the PC vs how much data needs to be crunched per unit of time.

In addition, when i first started playing TC2M i had all kinds of goofy perceived random bugs even post Patch3 which later either disappeared completely or were much less random when i upgraded memory from 512MB to 1Gb. All very understandable considering the sheer amount of complexities going on especially during a large heated hi-res battle.

If NSD is not considering or doing this already, might i suggest running two PCs side by side in the official NSD test lab. One PC would be a typical medium type with the advertised minimum specs required while the other perhaps a higher end gaming PC. Both PCs would run the game in sync against the enemy's AI maybe with modified multi-player SW for test purposes.
This would prove one way or another if a random bug is really a fixable bug or if a slower PC has problems keeping up. Just a thought!
