M,
I'm seeing 2 different musket/smoke mods. Are they the same or do they do different things. Would like to know before I load them in.

Hi Jack ONeill.
Sorry for the confusion.
1: (MusketMod.rar) is a mod I created to make it appear that individual musket fire was taking place, and lowering the overall smoke on the battlefield.
2: (MusketSmokeFPSBoost.rar) is a mod for those folks who want to have musket smoke in their game without much of a fps hit (for lower end machine).
You cannot use both of these at the same time.
Hope this helps...
Cheers...

Hi Mikesia.
Like the blood.
Have you considered what a whole horse-full would look like ?

Hi Ingles of the 57th.
If you are meaning more blood, I can do that I suppose, and if you are asking what a horse full of pucky would be like uummmm, no idea
I could add to the blood. At the moment I'm working on adding musket, and cannon fire to the game so if I get some free time, I'll do it up.
Cheers, and I'm very glad you like the blood mod.

Hey
Mikesia !!
Once again, kudos for your Mods !!!
Just played a Sandbox battle with both of your mods,
MusketSmoke &
Blood Mod enabled !!!
Very impressed, the musketsmoke looks really good and love the
bloody gore... After the battle ended, I flew all over the battlefield to check out the carnage... The blood under the bodies and the blood on the chest shots, are awesome.....!!!!
Now, if we can only add some lost limbs on the battlefield, that would be awesome !!!!

Hi Chamberlain.
I'm very happy that you like the mods (keeps me working on my next installment).
Just to mention, the blood on the bodies are stock, I didn't edit the body blood. I also noticed that the blood spurt (again stock) shows up more now as well since I added blood to the dead bodies....which makes it really cool looking.
It's actually a trick of the eye.
As far as having body parts littering the battlefield is at the moment way beyond me.
Note: I'm still working on having musket fire appear when each musket is fired.
Cheers, and take care Chamberlain.
