Any idea on why it wouldn't work with the MTG courier mod?

And, should the OOB folder be in the specific mod folder like the scenario folder is?

I'm not sure why it doesn't work with the mod. MTG would have to comment on that. You may want to ask that question in the thread for his mod.

I wouldn't put an OOB folder in a mod unless it was included in the download of the mod.
