Hi Reb
Don't think that's the flag Davinci means. Before you get very confused, I should say he is actually asking on my behalf. He posted a screenshot of one of your flags on the 10 mile map thread a few days ago, and I really liked the look of it, and asked him where I could get it.
It's a red diagonal St Andrew's Cross on a white field, with 13 white stars on the cross. Very unusual......but strangely attractive :woohoo:
Does that ring any bells?
Regards
Martin
That was the representational Louisiana regimental flag for Hays brigade before it was decommissioned a while back. I built that flag from descriptions in Rollins' Damned Red Flags...., as it was captured July 2nd at Gettysburg, the evening fight for Cemetery Hill. It was the 8th Louisiana regimental flag...Hays brigade.
Since there's interest, time permitting, I may resurrect it in a future release. As for now, it could be added from an old version. Let me know if you need help or files. Maybe Davinci can whip something up for ya, I know he's listening in.

Many thanks Reb. Davinci's found it for me. We had also been wondering offline if it was a real flag or a product of your fertile imagination. Glad it is real, but it is good enough that I would have used it anyway!

Reb If, When
you have the time to do it in
HD please don't add a
hi-light around the borders.
I usually go back over your flags and remove the hi-lighted border, but I lose a lot of your quality when I re-save it.
I don't seem to have your talent.
Thanks,
davinci

Ha, no amount of talent can open DDS files, edit them, and then save them back without loss of quality. What you need are the RAW Paint.net files. If you want to work with those files say the word, I'll make them available.

Quick question, does the toolbar only work with the scenarios included in here and will they only show up in the user scenarios folder?
Does the toolbar work with the stock scenarios?

The toolbar will work with other scenarios unless there are Logistic file conflicts, IOW, mod conflicts. Stock scenarios will not work with this mod or any other, they must be copied and renamed, then structured and played as a mod.
Glad you're using the toolbar

I've completed Day 1 and Day 2 (GB3D1 and GB3D2) but Day 3 (GB3D3) crashes after a few seconds. Looking at the SOWGB.log, after "Loading Battle Events" I get 11 errors- a list of "No men designated for.." and then 11 different Guns.
So some artillery is spawning without men? Is there a work-around for this?
p.s. wasn't sure if this post should have been added here, or in the Bug section, sorry.

07:00:00 ERROR - No men designated for JHCalef #2 Gun / 3in Ordnance.
This one got by me somehow, been a while since this was released, the summer of 2011. I'm assuming you're the only person to play through this carryover scenario set, otherwise this issue would have been reported and addressed years ago. NOW, it's too late to fix as this engine is DONE. I'll eliminate these scenarios with my next release.
I have some clues as to what's causing the crash but nothing solid. It's a special carryover that I requested to be built so that ending positions would carryover (carryover=3). The two scenario carryover was tested thoroughly and I assumed a three scenario carryover would work without issues...I assumed wrong.
Thanks for the report.

Glad I could help, and it's strange no one played it through. Oh well, at least you became aware of it.

I played through with no problems, except winning!
This was a great mod, really immersive and I loved it.
