Scourge of War Boards

This is what I have done also I have a bank account "free checking btw" and put funds it in specifically for online purchases. It has very little funds in it until I get ready to buy something therefore if there is identity theft or credit card theft they get very little and the bank will still refund everything.

I had one attempt on that account last Sept and within a matter of a few days got my $64 back AND all the products purchased with that credit card. I got some ex-tends (worthless my thing didn't grow hahahahaahaha), colon cleaning pills, 600 legal size mailing envelopes (I'll never have to buy an envelope again to send games in the mail lol) and a bunch of pens. I actually came out ahead big time on that little fiasco of theft.

Paypal I'm iffy on and I'm not sure I trust it as it was just after a recent purchase of something through it that this happened. So, I'd rather just use the actual credit card myself and not have a 4th party involved like Paypal. It's pretty easy to get a free checking account nowadays and no charge for checks and no minimum balance required.

Also I've been using credit cards and online purchasing for at least 10 years now and that was the first time ever something like that happened. It was a small amount and it really didn't phase me as I knew my bank would cover the loss and they did without question really I just had to fill out some fraud forms is all.

I'm filling it for Norbs Gettysburg game and am anxiously awaiting buying this thing as soon as it's released. Please release it at midnight or something so I can get it before the crowd arrives? haha

Put me down for the boxed set with CD, manual, t-shirt, kepi... :laugh:

I think Norbsoft should come out with a whole line of reenactor uniforms both reb and yankee, they are exactly the same as ever other uniforms reenactors can get, but in the inside they have the norbsoft logo, and ofcourse the price is 300% higher then regular not lable uniforms

I think NSD need to hire a couple spokes models for the next gaming trade show. I will be happy to volunteer to do the interviewing.

Put me down for a printed manual too. Always love to have that hardcopy to refer to while playing - especially for the first few days of a new game! Sooo - no pressure, but when's the release????? :woohoo:
