Help! I am trying to download the patch. The system is asking for a user ID and password. I input the ID I registgered with this site. However, the system keeps returning the same screen asking for a user ID and password.

Just tested the download with name & password, download worked fine

What, if any errors did you get ?

I've just installed a new hard drive and have the same problem.

I'm using Windows 7.

I can enter beta, but it bounces back when I enter tester and requires me to enter the password again. And again, and again, to no avail.

Do you type or copy & paste it? Sometimes the browser will add an additional space at the end if you mark and copy text. Make sure it did not happen.

I suggest not putting your email into a public forum. Spam bots will grab it right up. That why we always write the support email as:
