My AV software was blocking v 1.02 installation. I turned off Webroot and launched the 1.02 app file. The readme document explaining 1.02 was there after update, but not before.

The game's Update feature insisted that I already had 1.02 installed, but the 1.02 readme file was not in the main game folder. BUT the 1.02 application file was in the Patches folder, so I launched it and apparently successfully updated.
