Norb:
I need some help. My computer's hard drive was just restored today due to a virus so SOW Gettysburg was erased. I did not "deactivate" the game before this occured. Now, when I try to enter my activation code it says that the code is in use and needs to be deactivated. What should I do?

Don't worry Seal. It's happened a few times and we always work it out. Just email us the code and we'll take care of it.

Sigh, I had to reformat my c drive and I try to activate and says I need to deactivate it first! how do I deactivate it? I dont think I can :/

When I attempt to start up the game, it says "runtime error." It also says, "this application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."
I e-mailed the support team a couple hours ago, but have received no response.
In the interest of time, please advise.

Did this happen when you downloaded the latest patch?

Thank you for the quick response LP.
I did download the latest patch the night before this problem occurred. However, I managed to play an MP game that first night with the latest patch without any problem.
I guess I will stick around on here for your reply.
