Everything looks fabulous so far. I cannot wait until this is ready for release, as it were. You say this will be operational in Multi-Player? OMG! Outstanding! Truly awesome.
Brilliant touch about the two cavalry types.
Question - Can the game engine differentiate between the four rank deep French and Austrians units and the 3 ranks for firing English, Dutch and most German states units? I will be VERY impressed if/when that works.
Thanks for the use of your SYW/Frederick the Great sprites. Having a great time with them. Can never finish a battle though. I'm always doing the "Let's port over another unit type" thing and starting all over again. :laugh: Wish I could get the Artillery thing figured out though. Oh well.
Really looking forward to the Mod here.

Excellent pictures Alessillo as for Uniforms there is an excellent site below which also gives a breakdown of the Uniforms and colours including the Irish brigade (or Wild Geese) this is based on the Seven Year War but the Uniform make up was quite similar to the war of Spanish succession I appreciate however that you can't make all the uniforms though as the mod would never be released!!

Jack re: Static artillery to simulate artillery being stationery you could perhaps alter the unlimbering time of the artillery in the 'UnitPack' file to maybe 2400 or higher - Not tried it but it may work

Appreciate the thought. The big problem is I can get the sprites, (Gun and Crew), on the screen but that's it. They will move but there's no animation. No limbers,, no teams, etc. Oh well.

Oh yeah, also, they're not packed. Old school sprites.

I just thought I'd be truly annoying and ask how everything is going with the Mod? Having gone through as much of the porting over aspect of the Frederick the Great sprites, I have a tiny idea of how much work really goes into all this.

But...annoying question number 2 - by any weird stretch of the imagination do you still have access to the Bavarian Sprites from the Frederick the Great Mod? I have managed to get all of the others downloaded, but the Bavarian link was dead. I have been using the Germans in French pay sprites as a substitute, but they are just not right - uniform coats too dark blue and all that.
If you do, would it be possible to post them?

Jack, I'm very sorry for the late answer, I lost the file with Bavarian infantry, but I remember that I made the Bavarian with Photoshop, I simply lightened the dark blue of the Prussian sprites.

Jack, what Frederick sprites are you looking for? I have all of them saved on a seperated HD. Shoot me a PM and I'll send you what you need. BTW, any word on the Rev War mod?

Brother that is outstanding! I just need the Bavarian Infantry Sprites. It's the only Link that doesn't work, as far as sprites go. Some of the maps don't anymore, but I don't need those. Will definitely shoot you a PM here in few minutes.

As far as RevWar is concerned - I finally realized I need to take a chapter from the brilliant Gunship and break the Folder down into two, like he did with the NapMod. I'll try posting them separately, then y'all can put them back together into one, like I have originally. I'm giving that a shot here in just a bit.
