I can only think of two things, you're either running an earlier patch, or you altered a stock file that is not included in the mod. If I remember correctly  , you've been guilty of the latter before, of which you confessed.

Actually - I would say that both of those apply!
I stopped My game at the
1.60 since the latest Patch only applied to the MP-Group.
Hey, do
you still have the
unpacked sprites in your
Base \ Graphics \ Units folder - or did one of the later Patches 'alter \ remove' them?
That appears to be the reason that the game is crashing. I started the
TC2M sprites at
nine and above.
davinci
Pretty sure the 1.6 patch is a non-issue.
I do have access to the previous unpacked sprites, but don't see how numbering them is an issue since the log shows texture errors only on the firing sequence. If it was a numbering issue all the sequences would show errors.
Since textures and unitgfx are no longer used by SOW, there's gotta be issues occurring here, and trying to fix an old system with obsolete parts is a troubleshooting nightmare. Please check out the packed TC2M sprites I have recently made available, they run smooth as silk, better than the packed SOW sprites (for some unknown reason).

Can you run the game using all High-Res units, and tell me what happens?
davinci
My unit uniforms are on best, or maybe if thats not High res, i dont know how to start it at High res..

I noticed in your SOW.log, you also have the Sprite Addition Mod Enabled.
05:09:32 Mod: C:\MATRIX GAMES\SCOURGE OF WAR - GETTYSBURG\Mods\TC2M Sprite Additions.
Have you tried to run with only the GrayMod5 Enabled ?
If so, do you get the same errors in the log ?
Yes, when you set Uniforms to 'Best', you are running High-Res...

True, but that still doesn't explain why it works in my game but not yours.
Yes, Agree, the Mod is obsolete and shouldn't be used!

I haven't downloaded the second Version that you made, but the first version loaded without fault.
Question - The
firing-sequence doesn't go as smoothly as I would like it to, so is there a way to put the firing sequence on a separate sheet.
This should allow for better controlling of the process?

Is this the only time the crash appears is when this Mod is enabled ?
So all of the 'Single Player' choices, like "Sandbox" and "Gettysburg Scenarios" run fine without this Mod Enabled, no crashes ?

Chamberlain - What's New, how is the
North's Weather !
The
Log-File will show a Mod that is no-longer-activated if that Mod was activated from the previous game.
Reb - might be correct in that I changed some of the default files and just don't remember what I changed.

Hey
Davinci,
It is starting to get nice and toasty up here in the North, and after the winter that we had, it feels good !!!
How are things with you ?
I thought so about the Mod, but I just wanted to double check with
Mrscotland.
I noticed that in the folder shots that he attached, in his 'Graphics" folder there is not a 'Units' folder. I checked my "Graphics" folder and I do have a 'Units' folder. Not sure about this .... Maybe
Reb can verify the 'Units' folder within the 'Graphics' folder.....

True, I wonder if one of the later Patches removed those un-packed units, since the game no longer requires them.
But, I kept 'My' using the
old-system and never registered the game under the newer-matrix-system.
The
mystery continues.....

I dont have the TC2M Spirite thingy enabled, but when i did test it out nothing broke, it works like charm, i am able to use them without crashing, but Greymod crash for me all the time they fire.
