You don't have to care a lick for the band, but a great song is a great song. Most bands have at least one. If you want something that rocks hard, it's a great tune.

Norb, i meant no disrespect as my comment was not intended to be durogatory though i can see how it could be taken that way. I apologize if you were offended in any way.

Its not that i don't like that band, i honestly can't name one song by Nirvana with the exception of the one you mentioned now. Though i'm sure i'd recognize some of their more popular songs when i hear them. Just can't attach their songs to their name is all.

Not offended at all. Didn't even take it that way, no worries.

I also don't listen to much else that they have written, but love that tune. I rarely follow a band because so few have a ton of songs that I like. I just go for songs and my likes are very varied. GnR is one of the few bands that I own every album to. ACDC/Metallica are two that come to mind that have a lot of songs that I like. But usually I just pick up on a tune and really like it. Actually I bought Barry Manilow's greatest hits a few years back, it had a bunch of great songs that brought a lot of memories. Eminem has a few songs that I really like. I also like the metal/pop from the 80's. I have to admit that I haven't heard much new that I like in the current decade.

Man, does that statement hit some kind of note. Seems like the more gray whiskers, the more that rings true at least in my case! I find myself listening to the oldies, classic rock and country radio stations exclusively.
