Downloaded the 1.5 patch with ease. I did not deactivate beforehand or move any files.....just installed it and typed in my activation code.

I really like the Replay ability. That's the one feature from the old SMG that I missed in SOWG. Thanks much for adding it.

Yes, better to move the files to old location because registry have this path. Anyway uninstall all and reinstall the game completly will be better

And how do I uninstall? I'm not seeing an uninstall shortcut for 1.5.

uninstall the game not only the patch; if you don't see the uninstall for the game also, then install it from zero because anyway the activation after the patch is not more required

I give up...I'm going to try removing the 1.5 files and placing 1.4 files on my computer that I had backed up on another drive. If this doesn't work, it looks like I'm just out of luck

Don't move files around because it won't work. You have to install it.

Thanks ADukes, I actually started a new thread "Help Needed" so as to not clog up this thread.

The patch simply doesn't work. You do need thye codes-every one of them. The setup accepted my game code, but refused my Pipe Creek code. I see no benefit in it.

Try the "-" between the 3 sections of code numbers.

That worked!!!
