Matt, we used to do something like that, where you could only speak to another player when your sprite was next to theirs. It was let go some time ago for more free gameplay, but I am entirely willing to go back to that or no TS at all. I think it makes it a lot more nerve wracking :evil:

Kudos on the 500th post Reb, and a good one it is. If we can have that properly implemented, that would be a great feature (and a big plus if we can get volley fire as well). The concept of ambush has, to this point, been so outside what I considered this game capable of, that to hear it might now be feasible is awesome.

OK, test out the hideunit idea if you wish. Did a quick fix on my custom toolbar and the commands are set, see Intro for locations.

Didn't hideunit on brigade level, otherwise players that select brigade level play could accidentally hide themselves and their units...hence, they would be SOL. :P

The custom formations will only work if the host uses this toolbar, otherwise, all other commands should work regardless of what toolbar the host uses. Eliminated all the bugle calls, figure they just get in the way of teamspeak communications.
