This bug is caused because the scenario.ini don't set a value to this element, I made a correction to prevent crash, but you can bypass it by setting the line manually in the file, I corrected some other crash, I will publish the v1.6 today.

Hi Kalliser!
I'm wondering when you move a commander from place to place, would it be possible to have all troops under his command be moved at the same time? I admit I am one lazy person

.
Oh one more thing if I may, is there a way to setup triggers, and VP Locations? or is that something which will be added in a future release?
Cheers, and take care!

You pointed 3 of 4 improvments I want to do :
1. multi-selection of element on map (or via oob tree) so you can drag&drop a group instead of single element
2. add the possibility to manage battlescript
3. add the possibility to manage location
4. add a "new scenario" wizard because editor can currently only modifiy existing scenario.
They are not very easy to do and will require some works, but when theses points will be done I will consider my editor fullfiled.
My dream is to have little powell who said he can't work without this tools and to improve his scenario production rate by 2 in order to see more and more scenario for our pleasures. :silly:

If you get Little Powell's and RebBugler's approval, you can rest easy knowing you've accomplished something.

I don't have publish v1.6 because I'm currently doing the multi-selection feature. Stay tuned because this new feature is pretty cool. B)

The v1.6 is out.
Some crash causes have been corrected, don't know if I found them all.
The unit selection and highligthing has been completely revamped to support multiselection ! :cheer:
You have 3 ways to made multi-selection :
By CTRL click on elements on the map
By CTRL click on nodes in the oob tree
By Right click on a node in the oob who will pop a context menu with the option : "Select All Sub Element", do it on the army leader and the whole army is selected ready to be displaced, do it on a brigade leader and only the brigade is selected
Don't forget to maintain CTRL key down when starting drag&drop because single click always unselect all elements.
Multiselect feature works with both unit displacement and unit orientation. :woohoo:

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
