Lovely artillery uniforms! I love those Tarleton hats.

One small issue, the British flag after 1801 should be the full Union flag including the St Patricks red cross of Ireland.

Gun,

Outstanding!

Digby,

Man, only you or I would have caught the flag aspect. Yes, the Tarletons look great.

Hi all,

Just got back from a weekend in Paris which included a trip to the Les Invalides to see the Musée de l'Armée and Napoleons Tomb. Also saw the Arc de Triomphe and Arc de Carrousel. Tons of french uniforms to see in the museum. Really awesome to see some authentic uniforms up close. What surprised me was the French shako was a lot bigger then I thought it would be. Also it was good to see the slight variation between the white of the french uniforms and the the crossbelts, the crossbelts being much whiter. Was a very good day out. Will upload some pics. Will continue with the penninsula mod this weekend.

Gun,

Dude I hate you...'course I've been there, too. Back in the early '90's, actually as a tourist, no less.
Wonderful places.

Highlanders are done, which concludes the main bulk of the british forces :). Are edited the model abit more to smooth and make them slightly wider so they didnt look too thin. I now need train drivers, ammo wagon and flags then they are all good to go. I have done Swiss for the french and now about to do the Vistula legion so should be ready to go soon.

Good news! Do you have Portuguese and Spanish planned for further down the line?

Yea will be doing those also, although not a great number of them. The spainish fusiliers will probably be the type with white jackets and bicornes which seems to be most used in other games. The portuguese i think will be dark blue jackets, blue-grey trousers though i need to do more reserach on that. Not sure on cavalry.
