Just want to say that all of Digital River sucks!
I've been trying to set up a store on a variety of their sites and no one ever responds to any emails. Problem is that they control most of software sites. I am working with fastspring right now and we'll see how they goes. Amazon is just too expensive. I wanted to get in with a shareware provider, but they make it all too hard or their customer service sucks.
I've read a lot of bad things about the dig river sites online, so it's probably just avoiding a big headache in the long run.
