Re-Activation Problem

Game won't run. Keeps crashing. Hopefully we won't get any posts here, but if we do, we'll try to help you out. You can also post any bugs that you find here. IMPORTANT: Don't post mod related problems here!

Re-Activation Problem

Post by charlesobscure »

Since my laptop doesn't have the capacity to run SOW, I want to transfer the game to another computer. I keep deactivating the game on my laptop so that when the demo comes up, the screen only gives the option to activate. Yet, every time I try to activate on the new computer, it says the code is already activated.

When you try to deactivate the game on your laptop, are you connected to the internet? Both activation and deactivation needs an active internet connection.

Also, go to the scourgeofwar site and put your code into the code check and see if you got it properly deactivated.

I am online when I click "Deactivate" and the website says that I have 0 remaining activations, so I'm assuming that means that the game is still activated. I must be doing something wrong

Please email your code and your work/activate.log to sowsupport at scourgeofwar dot com. We have had some random issues, but we'll get it fixed. This is the entire point of the process, so that you can more your code. Gotta try and figure out what went wrong.
