TC , Detach, Attach, Hold, Cont. to Destination

My wish list addressing TC2M issues
1. TC for commander control is weak, especially with artillery. The only way for full control is to hit the '1', and this has to be done fast before the lower commanders decide to not follow a command, then, if not fast enough, reissue the command after hitting '2', ....AAARRRGGG
TC for commanders should be complete control, without having to TC to the regiment or gun level...allowing the units to break control only when within engagement range and defend themselves.
2. Detach is weak, only works 100% when commander is TC'd. I've experience detached infantry regiments move to a commanders orders once he's unTC'd.
3. Need an attach button for artillery captains, to attach captured artillery fast and smooth.
4. Hold command should mean HOLD. Regardless of commander traits, a battle line should be set at hold, defend itself, regiments wheeling, etc., and not move from it's HOLD formation.
5. Continue to commanded position - As with other games, TC2M was also a disappointment here. Once given a command to move to a destination and form a designated formation, units would retain those orders of positioning even after engaging the enemy. Once the enemy is repulsed or not a factor, the unit would proceed to it's ordered destination, even if forced to retreat. If the unit is routed, obviously the orders are canceled.
