screen resolution options

Post by magpie »

Hi all, Just had a bit of a problem with the game, I set the screen resolution option to 1920x1200 and the movement controls during a tutorial brigade level stopped responding. I am using a dell 24" wide screen my specs are intel 2.6 ghz dual core, 2 gb 1066 ram . nvidia 275 gtx card. was I aiming too high for these settings?
regards, magpie

It may not be your screen resolution, it may be some of your other options. We do offer a lot of options so that you can tweak a lot and use what combination you like best on your system.

Hi Magpie,

The bird or the firing range signal ?

Is it your keyboard that is locking up ? This has been a reported problem and some suggestions were made. I believe use of the 'x' key was involved which froze the keyboard.

Go back a few pages on the forum and you should find it. In the meantime I will have a look back myself.

Hi again Magpie

Look for a series of posts called "keyboard lockup" round about 7th April 2010.

Thanks Norb, I shall tweak a few settings!Great game by the way, my congratulations on a fine job.

Hi Geoff.
Yes thats the bird! Go's well with my cannon fodder title, ha ha.
The keyboard is locking up, and I think I used the x key.
I reset the resolution to 1600x1200 and the game works great.
I shall check those posts.
regards, magpie.
