I had to buy A NEW CODE

I bought a new code (with a different account) to play!
I have bought through fastspring. This new code works.
In fact the game is active in all its settings on my laptop.
But the old code (the first, that for which I had all these problems).I have on the PC still does not work. In fact I again requested the re-setting of it. Please unlock it.
I remember that on both computers have the same OS (WIN 7 x64) and the same antivirus (VIPRE, not set to check the files that you know, as firewall as scan).
I have not tried :S to de-activate my new account (on the notebook) and then turn it back on the PC for fear that it can not operate the mechanism of activation / de-activation.
In any case I want my old code related to my first account was reset again to use it. I re-send a request to your support center. Nothing I can do ... I'm confused.
