I had to buy A NEW CODE

I bought a new code (with a different account) to play! :angry:

I have bought through fastspring. This new code works. :P

In fact the game is active in all its settings on my laptop. ;)

But the old code (the first, that for which I had all these problems).I have on the PC still does not work. In fact I again requested the re-setting of it. Please unlock it.

I remember that on both computers have the same OS (WIN 7 x64) and the same antivirus (VIPRE, not set to check the files that you know, as firewall as scan).

I have not tried :S to de-activate my new account (on the notebook) and then turn it back on the PC for fear that it can not operate the mechanism of activation / de-activation.

In any case I want my old code related to my first account was reset again to use it. I re-send a request to your support center. Nothing I can do ... I'm confused.

Good to hear you've got it worked out. I would recommend having two codes anyway.. Now can play on your desktop and laptop. :)

Edit: But change the title of this thread. Nevermind, the DRM works great!

I appreciate you trying to make us look bad. We have spent a lot of time on your issues, have fixed your codes multiple times, and as soon as we fix them you go and do something that breaks it again. We had you working, your logs show it, then you go and do something where it cannot access the server and errors start spewing out.

IT REALLY SUCKS WHEN WE PUT IN A LOT OF TIME TO FIGURE OUT EXACTLY WHAT IS GOING WRONG ON YOUR SYSTEM AND YOU CREATE THESE GIANT BOLD HEADLINES LIKE WE ARE DOING NOTHING!!!!

We honestly have better things to do than try to figure out why YOUR virus protection is messing up the game.

I know it seems I am advertising but i am not... after all the program is totally free.

Bafo: DOWNLOAD A REAL ANTIVIRUS --- > A V A S T !

Free, Safe, doesn't hamper with games. Simple as that!

There are a few free good ones out there. I know that I bust on AVG, but I must admit that I emailed them once about the problem before the release and it never happened again. That was excellent support. We are spending a ton of time working around these problems and they always come to the same conclusion, virus software is either deleting our program files or is preventing us from accessing the server on activation/deactivation. We can handle all of that and want to work with people to figure it out, but to put all that time in, only to get slammed anyway, is upsetting.

It seems to me that you're angry because I started several chapters about the problem that happened with the activation/de-activation code.

I know you 'spend' time to solve my problem. :blush:

But, in your opinion, I do not care if the product you created, you think I bought a new code to make things difficult? Or I like the game? :lol:

You know, dear Norba, which I did get the U.S. box-packs of your 'old' games, no images whatsoever what this has cost me in time of research and in money ...

I did not think that opening more 'points' could make you believe that I wanted to ridicule ( :( )you and your team but because I considered, and even now believe that 'this game' a little bit of us all and that my problem, surely, will again (I hope not) then others who have bought the code.

Do not you think before installing a simple warning about the anti virus would have avoided all this? And when the problem occurred who had to solve? All software companies gave their help to those who buy their product. :ohmy:

You are faster than others, I admit, but my 'little' far 'problem has offended you, this, I do not understand ( :blush: )(assuming that Google has done a good translation of your thoughts).

I never did something strange: I power on my computers and I could not play, that's all!

AVAST is a good antivirus?

I should have considered the language barrier and the effort that you make to post here and even to understand our responses.

When you write with all capital letters, it means that you are yelling at us. That is how we interpret all capital letters. When you appear angry it is upsetting because we have been putting in a lot of time to help you with your problem and it makes you appear ungrateful.

I am also frustrated by virus software in general because it is causing us many headaches. We do have notes in the readme file about virus software. But it is in English and might not have translated well.

Please understand that this is another program that you install on your computer that deletes our files or does not allow our files to communicate with our server. We have no control over that situation.
