1991 - No greater Glory DOS (Abandonware) Game. Political/Strategic

I have had this game since 1993, and I have tinkered with it, but I never took it around the block for a full test drive.
From what I've seen, it's a political/strategy game during the American Civilwar, and to tell you the truth I liked what I did see, and play.
