This thread discusses the Content article: Dev Diary - The Dark Ages

Lan test went excellent. Ran for over an hour between mine & Mrs. Norb's computer. Her's does not have the guts that mine does, so it was a good test of different framerates during MP.

Then I tried the giant scenarios. This ran very poorly on her computer, but that was due to the size and not MP. It would not be good to run anything this size unless all computers were high end. But I tried anyway. Crashed after a while, but I see that was because of an arty capture. All previous tests were infantry only. Arty capture calls some save functions that I have not worked on and should crash. So I'm still confident that the MP code is solid.

Indeed. Norb and I gave MP another whirl this evening with his new UDT frogman coding (erm ju-ju). As usual, he came through again--MP just ROCKS! And rolls along now at a \"click speed\" akin to single play. It's a sight to see. Nice. VERY Nice. :woohoo:
