Deactivation and Activation help needed

Hello,

my computer's hard drive died, and I have since bought a new one and installed SOWGB on it. As I had the game activated on my previous hard drive, I cannot activate the new one. The old install is of course long gone along with the old hard drive, but it is still apparently activated. Can I deactivate it online at all?
