How to Destroy Quarantined Viruses

Recently an Adware scan quarantined some Trojans. If I deleted the quarantined files, will I screw up my computer?
Would it be better to repeat deep scans with the following virus detection programs to see if one of them would automatically delete them?
Do I have to restore the quarantined files before I run these deep scans?
Trend Micro - I continuously run its’ virus protector only.
ZoneAlarm – I continuously run its’ firewall only.
Malewarebytes – I use it only for periodic deep scans.

I would try and remove them with Malwarebytes. I've had it detect and remove threats on my computer many times, and it's never let me down.

Do I have to restore the files currently in quarantine by Adware before I run Malwarebytes in order for Malwarebytes to get at them?

I would say yes, go ahead and restore them and then clean with Malwarebytes. I would suggest only having one virus scanner to avoid any issues like this in the future. They will always want to fight over which one gets to clean the virus.

Thanks for this Little Powell - I'll give it a go.
I always have Trend Micro's virus protector only running constantly and ZoneAlarm's firewall only running constantly. I find each company is still best at what they started with years ago. I keep everything else turned off. Whenever I run deep scans, I shut down everything else. For years so far, I haven't had a problem.
