MP "LOBBY"

I can't get into MP lobby. I have consulted help and followed all the instructions to a TEE. I also downloaded patch 1.101. Nothing helps.
No response from tech support!

There are two replies in your other thread from tech support (including Norb) and Willard replied as well, who knows his way around MP.
Have you been able to get in the lobby?
