New Maps or Map Editor?H

Post by Bronko40 »

Hi,

at first at all: Sorry, my english is not the best...and maybe is there a identical Thread around here...

My Question: Are there more and maybe greater Maps (Like in TCM) planned? Will there be a Editor?

I like the Alpinemap, cause there are more strategic options when you starting. I would prefer more maps like this, but with more Roads, Villages and so on...there are not enough maps atm.

Is there a mapeditor planned?

Please answer in easy english :)

Thanks Generals!

The Alpine map has been upgraded. It will have more roads and house locations. It will be released in the next patch.

No plans yet.
I can make this march and I will make Georgia howl.

Could the Alpine map please have the elevations flattened out almost to level (like no more hilly than PPT)? Then MPers might actually use it. It's been played once in the last 300 multiplayer battles, and only because the hills are way too high.

Or if that's not acceptable for the official patch since it's supposed to be 'alpine', give us the map file with that changed so we all can use it? :)
