Hi.
Well if anyone who has read some of my posts will know that I can be a nut job simply because I have a tendency to branch off into many different areas which eventually has me posting some pretty cool things, and this is something I think you may like to know about.
I play allot of First person shooters, and it happens that I am playing a fps game that has the most weird key setup I have ever seen, and there is no way to fix it unless I use this particular program called
GlovePIE.
I'm still reading up on it, but I'll be placing all the links concerning this particular program.
Anyway here are the links...
GlovePIE:
http://glovepie.org/poiuytrewq.php
Preliminary Documentation v0.43:
http://glovepie.org/w/index.php?title=P ... ovePIE_GUI
Anyway, I'm off to download it, and see what I can do with it...
Cheers, and take care.

Of course we read... and I'd say OF COURSE we know you have tendency to branch off in different areas.
I stopped playing FPS a long time ago. Best FPS I ever played (online) was ArmA. ArmA2 is even better but it takes a NASA rig to run. You really can't find a better FPS if you are into realism.

Haaaa, okay that's funny.

Too bad there Gshock, there are so many cool games out there. I came across something called VBS2, and from what I have been able to gather it's more of a rich mans toy. Ahhh Arma2...yes I know of it, it's quite cool especially if you get the "Operation Arrow" addon for it, and you are right you need a NASA type system to handle it, and if you do, and enjoy combat this is the puppy to get unless you are rich, and have money to blow, then get VBS2.
And as always, your right about it being realistic...I can't count how many times I have been put in my place while playing this game.
Well cheers Gshock...

I'll occasionally play an FPS on console, but haven't played a PC FPS in years. Not since I was an America's Army junkie. If you're not familiar it's a really fun/realistic and free online FPS, but some of the players are just insanely good and ruin it for the other newbies.

Hi.
Yep, I use to play it back when it first came out (oh the days of high speed...oh okay what was I talking about

), and you are totally right about other players who just were too good. I gave up as well, and it kind of gave me a bad taste toward FPS MP.
The game I'm playing now is OFP Dragon Rising, and there is this mod I wrote about in a much earlier post, and I have to say it is one of the best mods I have come across (except of course some of the mods created for SOWgb). I wrote a small AAR on my forum about what happened to me, and I have to say I'm hooked on this mod, it's a dynamic, and ever changing battle environment which I hope one day Norb, and you good people will create for SOWgb (extended fully dynamic campaign game that never ends sort of deal), the campaign game only ends when you turn off your computer for good.
Have you ever played DOD Little Powell? Oh if you ever do happen to get back into FPS, Pickup ARMA2, it's one heck of a game.
Cheers...
