Changing unit commanders

In the July 1 Jackson scenario, I wish to change some of the commanders of the units. For example, I want to replace Iverson with the senior colonel. Also, change other brigade commanders to those I think more likely to have been included.
I modded some with TC2ndM and know how to change the abilities of a commander. However, don't I also need to change the main unit OOB to make a change as noted per above.
Anyway I could pay someone to build a scenario for me? I need a scenario set in October 1862 for the "second day" of Gettysburg. It would involve only the Yankee left flank. Jackson is, of course, still alive and he agrees with Lee to move 2 divisions of his men to support Longstreet in the attack. Many of the divisions and brigade commanders have been shot up at Antietam, so many units will be lead by junior officers. For example, Anderson's Division is commanded by Col Posey. I could do it myself, but I am in poor health and it would take a very long time.....
