Folders Question

So, I wanted to play around with some OOBs, and consulted the SDK. It said that the Base Folder contained nine sub-folders, and OOBS was one of them. Except my Base folder only has 4 folders. Is there something I am missing?
Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure.
