Here is the latest Net Framework Validation Tool. (Checks up to Version 4.0 Full)

Since I have a problem with trying to get the Scenario Editor to work, I decided to download this file, and validate all my versions of Net-framework I have installed. I needed to do this to make sure everything is on the up, and up before I start chasing after other causes to why I cannot get this editor to work.
Anyway, It is a nice tool to have.
