Scourge of War Boards

Ok now that I got my antivirus problem solved, I need to figure out whats going on with my activation code. I got my original code reset by the tech support guys, but when I put it in my fresh install, it said the code was corrupted (error 212 I think) so I tried putting it in again, and now it says the code is active. So once again, I'm stuck out of the game... Please help!
