Quick Select Keys Question

This is where our experts try to teach you the very flexible modding system for our previous release - SOW Gettysburg and its add-ons. It's powerful, but dangerous. Post your tips and your questions.

Quick Select Keys Question

Post by born2see »

Question for all you modders out there. Is there a way to modify the keyboard.csv so that when you select one of the Quick Keys it not only selects the unit you've selected but takes you there as well? For example, the command now is "quicksel:x" depending on the key; I want to add the "G" command so the command will also go to the selected unit. This would be the same as the way the arrow keys function when you unselect the option "Camera stay with OOB navigation". I've tried adding the "G" command so it looks like "quicksel:x:G" but it doesn't work.

Might be a Feature Request for Norb.

Thanks,

B

I think that you have to add something like this.

quicksel:1:gotosel

Guessing!

The only true logic is that, there is no true logic!

Hi.

I was under the assumption that double tapping the number, or using Alt # would tab you to the unit (here I go assuming again). I must be thinking of another game I play...

Later.
