Not true IMO, Burnside probably would have done at least as poorly had he been in command :sick: .

McClellan was great at avoiding decisive defeats, I'll give them that much, his hesitance prevented a Chancellorsville or a Fredricksburg. That said Burnside's probably the only other General who would have stumbled worse.

Great news!

I remember walking the battlefield about 10 years ago and was struck by just how so much carnage could happen in such a small area. Because Antietam was actually a series of almost uncoordinated attacks, the game should lead to some pretty good brigade, division and corp-level scenarios. Looking forward to the maps as well.

Thank you very much. Actually I'm about the least involved in anything Antietam on the team. I'm just working on some enhancements. The rest of the team has done a sick amount of research and playtesting. It boggles the mind to see what they go through. But the results are going to be worth it.
