Gunship24 - Compliments sir, on your outstanding Mod.

Now - why have we not seen you in any of our multiplayer events? At the moment there are at least 2 multiplayer Napoleonic events per week, always run as HITS, and they are *spectacular* sir. Whether you wish to command a brigade, a division, corps, or the entire army, you are surrounded by fellow human officers in what must be the most realistic Napoleonic game to ever exist. In the last game, there were 18 players! Have you not seen this:

We're all enjoying your Mod - I really feel you're missing out, and it is now time to reap the rewards before you get stuck into too much more development work!

I also have some other ideas to throw at you.

Hi Blackstreet,

Odd to see your first post only just now, you seem well immersed in the game.

The 17th/21st Lancers badge brought back some memories. In 1959 I was ERE'd (extra regimentally employed) to a Field Security section. We were housed in the Panzerkasserne in Paderborn, guests of the 17th/21st.

Whilst I was there they celebrated an anniversary. A benefactor, via the Regimental Association, had equipped the whole regiment with dress uniforms and they paraded, unmounted, with lances.

The crunch came that evening. The regiment hit town to celebrate still wearing the all-black uniforms with silver trim, that, together with the death-head badge, gave a large number of local German residents a near heart attack.

Memories , memories.

Ingles - that's a great story, yes I can quite imagine the spectacle!

I usually post on the Kriegsspiel forums (http://kriegsspiel.forumotion.net/f32-scourge-of-war), but, on account of the nature of my enquiry, I thought it best to get up and running here.

My invitation of course extends to yourself and anyone else around here who fancies getting involved in Headquarters-In-The-Saddle multiplayer games. If you're enjoying single player Road to Wagram (and also the basic game of course), then come along to the Kriegsspiel forums, and join in! The more the merrier!

As for the badge - a favourite of mine - and very versatile! I'm a fan of the Flashman novels, (and have you read "Hellriders"? a superb account of the light brigade at Balaclava).

Best regards,

Ollie

Did you download the CSV files sub-mod as well and activate that second?

No other mods active?
