Hello everyone, so far I have the demo and really enjoy it, and planning to get the full game soon. Just wanted to see what mod, etc to play with everyone. I'm eastern time, what would be the best time to get a game, and is this game still quite active? Thanks.

Hi Jim,
ive just returned to the game myself from a long break and it appears to still be quite active :) .The multiplayer teamspeak server is where to find out whats going on or at least a quick check on the GCM homepage will tell you whos actually logged in there and maybe looking to get a battle going.Youll find a link to that page on the Multiplayer thread under Garniers campaign mod.I think the accepted time when most meet up there is around 7pm eastern however you never know if some europeans might be on earlier or anyone else. Its a great crowd and i think they play at least a regular daily battle when they can and whenever possible a few more might break out.Great news that you intend to unlock the full game as its a really good tactical battle simulator and worth every penny spent to purchase. These guys offer great support and the multiplayer and general community here always seem very helpful. As for the mods well youll get the idea from reading here on the forums or asking others in the teamspeak server what they use for their set up.The GCM actually has a built in function that will enable some of them for you.Hope to see you in multiplayer!

Thank you for replying, I look forward to some great battles. Just one more question with the mods, there seems to be alot of them, which ones do you recommend?

I currently just use Garnier's mini map mod ( because i think most of the multiplayer community use this and it helps to be on the same page regarding locations :P ) and i also use Jollys Tree mod which makes the trees and foliage look pleasing on the eye(not that they dont look good in vanilla format)

Hello JmCraz8 and Welcome.

You can try out all the Mods that are available, as all it takes is, once they are in your MODS folder, is to 'Enable' them in the Game Options screen.......fire up a scenario and see how they look ....If you do not like them, just 'Disable' them..
I DO recommend using RebBugler's 'Bugles and Flags Version 08' MOD as it includes awesome Rebel battle flags as well as some rebel unit uniforms, a toolbar and other goodies......

Enjoy !

Sounds like a good amount of awesome mods, can't wait to get the full version. Does any retail stores carry this game in dvd form other than digital copy? I'm ok with the digital copy, but prefer the disk more lol
