I bought the game a couple of days ago and it is all I expected. On the YouTube promo, you see units in various uniform variations, Are these a Mod? I have yet to see any units thaalsoalos need to download the 1.4 patch?

Check your uniform level. You will need to set it to Best for high resolution and full uniforms, or Medium for low resolution and full uniforms.
