Just curious about the “open fire” command in the courier order list, when I send that order a unit it just fires for a second, and I’m not sure if there even firing or not, why is this even included?

When did this appear in the game, dont remember when it showed-up?

Also could there be a infantry hold fire command in the future.

Anyways figured I'd ask.

I have never spotted it before - will check it out.

Yes i do have a few mods running, but that order is in the base game.

i had noticed the open fire order about two months ago, just was curious as to what this order did, if anything.

Sure would be nice if there was a hold fire order to match also. B)
