This is where our experts try to teach you the very flexible modding system for our previous release - SOW Gettysburg and its add-ons. It's powerful, but dangerous. Post your tips and your questions.

Crash-Splat

Post by william1993 »

Well, I have the new patch installed (to v. 10412) and then when I enable mods (the ones I have now are TC2M OOB, Jolly Old Blood Bath, and Maximum toolbar), it crashes. Any ideas why?

First install the latest patch which can be found here: http://www.norbsoftdev.net/forum/techni ... beta-patch

#1: Deactivate all mods
#2: Activate one mod at a time until you come across the one causing you the problems.

* Special Note: While you are activating one mod at a time to test, make sure you do not load any saved games, always create a new sandbox battle to test out.

The game doesn't tell you which mods are missing from the saved game so you may very well have CTD's happening because of this.

Have fun!
