If you still have the email with your activation code, you just have to install the demo and then activate it.

Unfortunately I don't have the email, as it's been over a year since I've bought it and it probably got deleted a long time ago. Is there any way I can file for a new one?

Same thing happened to me. I emailed Support and awaiting activation reply.

In this case, since it involves activation you should email activate@norbsoftware.com
