Missing Games

Ordered Antietam and P. Creek yesterday (Friday), but nothing has ever shown up in my inbox, as it says it will, to allow me to download the scenarios. Nothing in spam either.
I've emailed "help", but have received not response. Anyone got any suggestions please?

I did just note a personal message from Jack asking if I got the games, thank you. However, NO, the games have not yet shown up in inbox of spam box.

I'm not sure I understand the term "ordering" the games. When you buy them online you download them straight away and NSD will e-mail you an activation key. I don't think there's any sending of the games to you.

Where did you purchase it? When you say you emailed "help" was that NSD or your vendor?

Totally confused here. Checked my PMs and had one from you asking about files. Must have been a long time ago. I am going to research this. I would not have sent you any games. just files to ise, probably Mod related. Will advise.

The files I referenced in the email were from June, 2010. You are just now getting that email? Holy Shit! Anyway, they were modded Battle Sounds that you requested to replace the stock SOWGB battlesounds which were to quiet. Had nothing to do with your missing games. Sorry.
