How To Move Around The Map?

For some reason on Gettysburg and in Antietem I can't move around the map it only makes me stick to my general unit. Anyone know how to fix this?

You are probably stuck in the HITS or "Custom" mode. You need to go into the "Options" settings and reset yourself to "Normal" mode or something like that. That should do the trick.
