Waiting period of 25 seconds for downloads on my website has been disabled.

Earlier this morning I got an email from someone I have allot of respect for asking that I disable the 25 seconds which guests had to wait for downloading files.
The download timer has been disabled so you don't have to wait any longer to grab the files.
