Scourge of War Boards

I recently redid my hard drive and didn't realize about the activation. So after I installed the game it wouldn't let me activate. I sent an email three days ago with my number and never heard anything back. How do I get the game activated?

I talked to the activation people and they mentioned that all they received was a code with no explanation as to what was needed. This tends to delay the process somewhat.

I have the same problem and sent a e-mail to the activate@norbsoftware.com. Havent gotten any support yet though so cant play the game.... I have a real urge to play some civil war again

Keep in mind you need to allow up to 48 hours for a response.

Ah i see yes i got an e-mail response that they have received my problem and will get back to me. Thx .....Im just so eager to play again
