NO SUPPORT FROM NORBSOFTDEV! CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

When I first activated game on computer the computer showed multiple windows errors. This was a brand new computer and was not the games fault. Because of this I had to restore my computer back to factory settings. I had to reinstall game. Now when I attempt to activate game again it is saying my code is already in use and I cannot deactivate the old game. Can you please deactivate my code so I can activate again? I purchased the cd version of the game through amazon.
This was the email I sent to norbsoftdev over a week ago. I sent a copy to all support emails listed and received a confirmation email in return stating they will reply back within TWO business days. I am highly disappointed in the customer support side of this company. Seems like a great game unfortunaltley I cannot not play until someone from the company resolves my issue.

Keep trying, send another note to Norb. I don't know if you can get into the old files of windows and extract that portion that has the game, and install it from files, over your present one? Many things are distracting the team at this time, with the expansion and patch. It is a small team, so keep at it. Well worth it my good friend.

Thank you for attempting to help me. Unfortunately I had to send the computer back to HP and have a new one sent to me. I did send them the email several times before coming on here to try to see if someone could help me. I just do not know what else to do there is no phone # for them.

Just hold tight fella.The support for this software is very good and they will get back to you.Are you sure you sent to the correct Email?
Like RD has pointed out the developers are very busy in this period and im sure its just a matter of being patient on your end.It is annoying as im sure you cant wait to get back in the saddle and fight more battles.Hopefully you will be able to real soon

Did you send the activation people your code or the email you received when you purchased the game? If they don't have the info they need it delays the process.

I would like to thank dave from norbsoftdev for resolving my issue and resetting my activation code. Now it is time for me to whip some rebs.

I am glad to see you got some help. I was about to chime in and explain my situation. About 9 months ago, I left the Public Defender's Office I was at and went into private practice. This meant I had to return my work laptop and was using my Apple. It died a few weeks ago and is getting replaced with a PC. Thing is, I no longer have access to the email account I bought the games with. I contacted support yesterday evening. Today, I have a working code. I am in shock and can't stop thinking how awesome that was. As a reward to NSD, I went and immediately bought the new map packs.
