Hello SOW,

My last involvement with SOW was August 2011.
I regained interest this week. It's been sorta bittersweet so far....
Let's see....

The Bitter.....

*Had to reactivate the game although I do not believe I've changed anything on my computor....
*Had forgotten my password, and the "token" process was quite confusing and resulted in nothing. However, by trail and error, I did enter the correct password.
*Ordered Antietam, and even submitting my Paypal Confirmation, FastSprings states they didn't receive the order. Still working on this....

The Sweet.....

*I love the 5x5 mile map of Gettysburg and the "Huntin Down"
*And I'm sure there are great inprovements that I have not discovered so that's interesting.
*Alot of MP action, so that is of interest

So, after One Year....What's happening?

New patch coming soon with fixes and features. New expansion coming soon that is the best one yet. And much much more to come after that...

No doubt, it is the best expansion yet. With three designers putting together the maps now, the pros are obvious.

Also make sure to to check out the mods section for some new maps, off the top of my head there's Elpine and Secessionville that are definitely a must have..
