Replay Mode toolbar Fix

This file allows the toolbar to show correctly for the Replay Mode in both Road to Wagram and the Penninsular mod.
1) Download the attached file below 2) Copy to /Graphics/Toolbar in your Road to Wagram mod folder and replace the toolbar.dds there.
